RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the order.
All products are quality checked and inspected before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof. We will provide an exchange after verification.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.
A return/exchange pickup charge of ₹100 will apply.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Please do not send multiple emails or requests for the same order, as this may delay the resolution process.
